Do you buy Tandem supplies?
Yes, we may buy eligible unused Tandem supplies. Send us photos and the quantities you have so we can review them.
Do you buy different brands together?
Yes, you can send us a list or photos of everything you have. We can review multiple brands and products in the same request.
Do you buy supplies that are no longer needed?
Yes, if the supplies meet our purchasing requirements. Instead of letting unused supplies sit around, send us the details and we’ll see what we can offer.
CONDITION & EXPIRY
Do the supplies have to be unopened?
In most cases, we are looking for new, unused, and unopened products. Send us photos if you are unsure about a particular item.
Do you buy expired diabetic supplies?
We generally cannot purchase expired products. If something is close to expiration, contact us first so we can confirm whether it is still eligible.
How much time should be left before expiration?
The required remaining shelf life of the product should be 7+ months before the expiration. Send us the expiration date and product details.
What if the box is damaged?
Minor box damage may be acceptable but subjected to a payment deduction. Send us clear photos of the packaging so we can check it.
How do I prove the products are genuine?
Clear photos of the original packaging, labels, lot numbers, and expiration dates can help us verify the products. We may request additional information before accepting an item.
SHIPPING
Do you pay for shipping?
Yes! We’ll send you the prepaid shipping label once everything is ready.
Where do I ship the diabetic supplies?
Once your items are approved, we will provide the appropriate shipping instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending your supplies.
How should I package the supplies?
Keep the products in their original packaging and pack them securely in a sturdy box. Make sure to wrap the item securely with bubble wrap and add enough protection inside the box to prevent any damage while shipping.
Can I send multiple boxes in one shipment?
Yes, if the products have been approved for purchase. Let us know the total quantity before shipping so we can confirm the details.
Can I track my shipment?
If tracking is available for your shipment, keep your tracking number after sending the package. You can share it with us so we can monitor the delivery.

What information do you need for a quote?
We usually need the product name or model, quantity, condition, and expiration date. Clear photos of the boxes are the easiest way to provide this information.

We may purchase eligible unused supplies from clinics and other organizations, depending on the products and circumstances. Contact us with the product details and quantities for review.
Can clinics sell surplus diabetic supplies?
Clinics with eligible surplus inventory can contact us to discuss a potential purchase. We will review the products, quantities, condition, and expiration dates.
Do you buy supplies from a clinic after a patient switches treatment?
We may be able to purchase eligible unused supplies that are no longer needed. Please provide photos and inventory details so we can determine whether they qualify.
Can a clinic sell expired or soon-to-expire supplies?
Expired products generally are not eligible for purchase. For products approaching expiration, contact us first with the dates and quantities so we can confirm eligibility.
