Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains what MediSurplus LLC promises to Buyers who purchase from us and to Sellers who sell to us. It is part of our Terms of Use.

For Buyers

What we guarantee. Every product we sell will be:

• Authentic: genuine manufacturer product, not counterfeit

• Unopened: in original sealed packaging, unused and untampered

• In date: at least [7] months from expiration when shipped, unless a shorter date is disclosed in writing before purchase

• As described: matching the product, quantity and expiration dates confirmed in your order

How to make a claim.

1. Inspect your order when it arrives.

2.Report any problem to [email protected] within [3] business days of delivery. Include your order details and photos of the product, packaging and shipping box.

3. Do not open, use or alter the products you are claiming on.

4. If we approve the claim, we will send return instructions.

What we will do.

For an approved claim, we will, at our choice, replace the product, issue a refund for the affected items, or issue a credit toward a future order. We pay return shipping on approved claims.

What is not covered:

• Damage after delivery, including improper storage or temperature exposure

• Products that have been opened, used or altered after delivery

• Claims reported after the [3] business-day window

• Short-dated or clearance items sold "as is," when disclosed before purchase

• Product performance or clinical results, which remain covered only by the manufacturer

MediSurplus is not the manufacturer. We do not make any warranty about how a product works beyond the guarantees above.

For Sellers

Our promise to you. We will:

• Inspect your supplies within [2] business days of receiving them

• Pay the agreed price for every item that passes inspection, within [2] business days of inspection, by Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, check, Apple Pay or cash as agreed

• Explain any price change, with photos on request, if items differ from what you described

• Return items we do not accept, at the cost agreed beforehand, if you ask within [14] days

Your promise to us.

By selling to us, you guarantee that the supplies are yours to sell, lawfully obtained, authentic, unopened and in original packaging, and accurately described.

If supplies later turn out to be counterfeit, tampered, stolen or misdescribed, you agree to refund what we paid for them. We may also report suspected illegal activity to the authorities.
